• How do I make a reservation?

  Each listing has a contact form located at the bottom of their profile page. You can complete the form and your request will be sent to the transfer company immediately. If they provide a website link, you may navigate to their site and see if they provide a online booking form

• What types of transfers can we search for?

  This is dependant on each individual company. You can search and view the types of transfers they provide on their profile page. We endeavour to bring you a vast range of companies offering something for everyone such as cars, minibuses, shuttles, minivans, coaches, motorbikes, boats, limos and vip transfers.

• How can I view the services a company provides?

  All services are displayed on the profile pages. If you require a bespoke service then use the contact form to email the company and describe the service you require.

• What is the female driver service?

  We understand a high percentage of women travelling alone or with young children prefer to travel with a female driver. If the transfer company offers this service it will be displayed on their profile page. If you require this service then you can request it at the time of booking. 

• Which destinations do you cover?

  We are constantly working on adding more destinations to our ever growing portfolio. Our goal is to provide you with the widest selection of airport transfer companies for all the popular tourist destinations. If you do not see a destination listed then send us a message on our contact us page and we will work to provide you with the best company for your desired destination
  

• I need a transfer today. Can I book last minute?

  Each company has a policy therefore they operate differently. Refer to their company policy which is displayed on the profile page. If in doubt, use the contact form to contact them or ring them to see if they can accommodate your needs.

• How may I leave a review for a company?

  Click the rate this company button on the company profile page and you will be redirected to a review form where you can leave your comments.
